Suspension spot welders are mainly used for positioning welders on body assembly and welding lines, or for welding parts with complex joint positions (not suitable for automation). Manual operation, low degree of automation.


Multi-spot welding technology has the advantages of high production efficiency and small welding deformation. Its disadvantage is that it can not be adapted to the production of a variety of models, poor flexibility.


Spot welding robot is widely used in the modern body assembly and welding production line, which can improve the degree of automation of assembly and welding production, reduce the labor intensity of the operator, improve the production efficiency, and ensure the quality of welding. Spot welding robot is mainly used for repair welding station of body assembly welding, body assembly welding position and so on. Moreover, WITH THE USE OF SPOT WELDING ROBOT, THE FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION mode OF body assembly welding IS realized - multi-variety and less batch mixed line production.


In the automobile body assembly and welding production line, manual repair welding is mainly carried out in the main welder position of the frame and floor, and welding robot is applied in the welding station of sub-assembly parts of the subframe.


Spot welding, projection welding, seam welding, butt welding and arc welding are widely used in automobile parts production line. For example: beam assembly bracket spot welding, drive shaft balance sheet projection welding, automotive fuel tank seam welding, automotive wheel ring continuous flash butt welding, automotive steering arm, muffler, purifier housing arc welding.
